What will be the shipping costs for my order?
Don't worry, the shipping costs will appear in your shopping cart BEFORE you complete your order. Due to the different sizes and weights of packages, they vary from product to product, and from country to country. Our shipping costs are always minimal.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, it will be marked as "completed" in our database and you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What are your delivery times?
We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. So for all countries of the world, you will receive your order within 2 weeks.

Where can I track my order?
You can track your package on this page of our site. Once you received your tracking number, please wait a few days for the tracking information to appear. It is normal that no information appears in the first days.

There were several items in my order, I received only one item, why?
To speed up deliveries, we often ship multiple packages for a single order. Don't worry, you will receive the next item(s) in the next few days!

I received an email saying "An order has been delivered", but I haven't received anything.
If your package is not at your home address, you must pick it up at your local post office where you usually pick up your orders online. 
No refund is given to customers who don’t pick up their order at their local post office. It is your responsibility to follow your package properly.
