Do I receive a receipt for my order?
Yes!, you will receive a receipt for your order by email after payment has been made.
I did not receive a confirmation email for my order
Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox, you received this email confirmation. We automatically send a confirmation to all of our customers. Also, if you paid with PayPal, your confirmation is in your PayPal account. The same goes for all other payment methods (credit cards, Google Pay, etc.). Your payment confirmation is there.

I did not receive the email confirming the tracking number of my package.
Check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox. We automatically send the tracking number to all of our customers 1-3 days after the transaction is completed. Additionally, if you paid with PayPal, your tracking number is listed on the transaction page. It is added 1-3 days after your purchase (see your PayPal account).

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept checks, bank transfers and cash on delivery (COD).

What are your delivery times?
We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. So for all countries of the world, you will receive your order within 2 weeks.

What will be the shipping costs for my order?
Don't worry, the shipping costs will appear in your shopping cart BEFORE you complete your order. Due to the different sizes and weights of packages, they vary from product to product, and from country to country. Our shipping costs are always minimal.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, it will be marked as "completed" in our database and you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Where can I track my order?
You can track your package on this page of our site. Once you received your tracking number, please wait a few days for the tracking information to appear. It is normal that no information appears in the first days.

There were several items in my order, I received only one item, why?
To speed up deliveries, we often ship multiple packages for a single order. Don't worry, you will receive the next item(s) in the next few days!
I received an email saying "An order has been delivered", but I haven't received anything.
If your package is not at your home address, you must pick it up at your local post office or the location where you usually pick up your online orders and large postal packages. 
I placed my order more than 2 weeks ago, but I haven't received it.
First, check if your package is located in your city or near your city. If so, you must pick it up at your local post office or the place where you usually pick up your online orders and large postal packages.
